Dwayne Johnson started his week out strong as he headed to a gym to work out on Monday afternoon.

The 49-year-old actor flashed a smile as he walked from his truck to the gym on a sunny Los Angeles afternoon.

The Rock’s outing came just a few days after he went viral yet again for an Instagram video he posted where he surprised a tour group in his Beverly Park neighborhood.

The workout session came just a few days after The Rock took to his Instagram to share a video where he surprised a number of his fans in a tour group.

The video was taken from Johnson’s truck as he drove his truck, stating, ‘All right this is kinda funny, there’s a tour group here that always tours through my neighborhood.’

He then pulled up to the tour bus with his window down and said to the group, ‘Hey anybody know where I can find The Rock?’

One fan said this was ‘such a special surprise’ as Dwayne asked how they were doing and if everyone was ‘good.’

He said ‘You’re very welcome’ and he hoped everybody had a ‘good trip’ before pulling away, adding, ‘Oh well that was fun. A good way to start my Saturday. Here we go.’

Johnson is coming off Disney’s Jungle Cruise, and he made headlines in April when he plunked down $27.8 million to purchase Paul Reiser’s mansion in the exclusive gated community of Beverly Park.

The Beverly Park area is one of the most expensive gated communities in Los Angeles, with some of The Rock’s famous neighbors including Eddie Murphy, Denzel Washington, Sylvester Stallone, Rod Stewart and Sofia Vergara.

Before Paul Reiser bought the property, it was previously owned by rock star Alex Van Halen, who built the property in 1993.
