The situation worsened when residents discovered that the wooden remains would be seized and destroyed. Due to the large territory, finding the cubs would require a team of people. Every time the team arrived at the site, they set traps and took out food and drink.
It usually takes three to four days for babies to emerge. The initial reaction was terror, but they were eventually tempted to seek safety. Although the first phase of the mission had been completed, there was still work to be done.
There is no way to know how far the mother dog traveled in her daily search for food or resources. It was her daily routine to return to the site to look for her mother. In the end, they were able to see her for the first time after searching for a few days.
Even when they bribed her with gifts and food, she refused. The situation was serious, and since the island was so distant, there were no traditional means of trapping it.
